General Description:

The holder of this position is responsible for the following:

• To follow all safety and environmental policies, procedures and practices.
• Identify areas to improve safety, environmental compliance, quality and productivity and use Atlas resources to initiate improvements.
• Ensure correct operation of environmental control devices and equipment.
• Production of resin coated proppant production including schedule, recipes, and quality requirements according to SOP’s.
• Verification of raw materials, day and finished goods tank levels; monitoring equipment operation and screens necessary for production per SOP’s.
• Fill out and file all necessary quality records and reports according to SOP’s.
• Assist in the maintenance of equipment to insure a safe and reliable service.
• Cleaning of process equipment.
• Assist production team in the plant housekeeping efforts.
• Effectively communicate issues and equipment status to plant maintenance and management through the use of written, electronic, and verbal communication.

Work experience requirements:

• Two or more years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working in a team environment.
• Experience with solids handling equipment a plus.

Skills and Training:

• General math, communication, and reading.
• Ability to follow documented production procedures and recommended practices.
• Ability to climb ladders, stairs, lift 50 lbs., operate hand tools.
• Capacity to operate lifting equipment.

Education Requirements

·         High school diploma or GED.
