ATLAS CRC-E 40/70
ATLAS CRC-E is a curable resin coated high quality Northern-White sand substrate. This results in improved strength and conductivity at higher stress than coated lower grade sands. CRC-E is designed for both low and moderate closure stress as low as 500 psi and bottom hole temperature as low as 70°F (with activator) and as high as 7,500 psi and bottom hole temperature to 300°F (without activator).

ATLAS CRC-E utilizes advanced resin technologies to be fluid friendly. CRC-E is designed to bond with closure stress and bottom hole temperatures, resist proppant flowback, and can be activated for lower bottom hole temperatures.
ATLAS CRC-E is coated using proprietary technologies engineered to minimize fines. CRC-E has good crush resistance even prior to exposure to bottom hole temperature. The resilient coating aids in the reduction of fines generation by encapsulating cracked substrate grains, thus permitting longer pumping times for placement in high temperature wells.
ATLAS CRC-E is a curable coated material providing good strength, conductivity and flowback control at an excellent cost. For well applications not requiring flowback control, specify either ATLAS PRC or PRC Premium precured resin coated sands.
